Srinagar, Sep 07 (KNO): Woodlands House School celebrated its highly impressive 58th Founder's Day on Saturday, marking more than five decades of academic excellence.
As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the event was graced by students, staff, and community members combined for an action-packed day parcelled with joviality, reflection, and a shared commitment toward growth and learning.
This year's theme, "United For Environment – Anudpuk Yakjut," reverberated through the joyous celebration, an encouragement for the world to unite together in the face of all adversities that surround the environment.
The whole day was filled with colorful performances: music, dramatics, and speeches by students reflecting immense talent nurtured in the school. “We worked together as a team, and it showed how united we are when it comes to making our school and our world a better place,” a student said.
Rehan Khan, a student said, “The theme of this year's Founder's Day really made me think how much we can achieve if we collaborate, not just in school but for the environment. I am proud that my school gives importance not only to education but also to the world we live in.”
